Treasury Fund Raising - Powai

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and secure funding sources for the organization, including banks, financial institutions, and other potential funding partners
• Negotiate and structure financing arrangements, including term loans, working capital facilities, and other forms of debt
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Monitor and manage the organization's debt portfolio, including covenant compliance and debt restructuring as needed
• Support the Treasury team in the management of cash and liquidity, including the forecasting of future funding needs
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up to date with developments in the financial market and regulatory environment, and proactively identify opportunities for the organization to access funding

Qualification

• CA or CA inter
• Experience : 2-7 years of experience in fund raising, front office role
• Should have worked with NBFC/Banks preferably
