Business Development Executive - IT Software Sales & Marketing

We are looking for motivated, energetic talented Sales Executive who have the ability to executive of the sales inquiry, order till dispatch and payment follow-ups that offer the best user experience. Who is dedicated to the craft solutions, resolving customer complaints and prepare various sales report.

Experience : 1-3 yrs.of extensive experience business development IT Software Sales Marketing

Location : Pune, Malaysia, Singapore (Candidates should be ready to relocate to our international offices in case of requirement)

Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent

Education : Prefer MCA/BCS/equivalent master s in computer is a must, experience in B2B/B2C industry.

What you will do :
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
Customer handling
Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and cold calling
Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics
