NPD Manager (Lithium Ion Battery)

Position: NPD Manager ( FROM LITHIUM ION BATTERY PACK IS MANDATORY)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead new product development projects: Lead the development of existing EV market and next-generation high-capacity battery systems (1 MWh and above) for new product lines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to align product development with company goals.

Design and develop innovative products: Create products that meet customer requirements and industry standards.

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments: Evaluate the viability and potential risks of new product ideas.

Perform prototype development and testing: Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing of battery technologies, focusing on efficiency, longevity, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations: Maintain adherence to relevant industry standards and quality control measures.

Provide technical support: Offer ongoing support throughout the product lifecycle, including post-launch.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and project updates, for review by the HOD.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

• Minimum 6-10 years of hands-on experience in battery R&D, particularly for systems with capacities of 1 MWh or more.
• Proven track record in new product development, from concept to commercialization.
• Expertise in lithium-ion or advanced battery technologies, with a strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in R&D tools, simulation software, and data analysis techniques.
