We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Pre-Sales person to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to engage with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and help position our solutions as the best fit.
Engage with prospects and customers to understand their technical requirements and business needs, providing consultative advice on how our solutions can address their pain points.
Deliver high-quality technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing how our solutions align with their objectives.
Assist in the creation of proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information, including preparing technical documentation, solution architectures, and scope of work.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling sales pitches, ensuring a clear understanding of the technical aspects of our offerings.
Work with the technical team to design custom solutions based on client requirements, providing guidance on system architecture, integration, and deployment strategies.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing them with timely and accurate technical information to support the sales process.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product offerings.
Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities, providing feedback for product enhancements or customizations.
Requirements
5+ years in a Technical pre-sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and craft effective solutions to address their needs.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and technical demonstration tools (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
