- Stakeholder Management and Control to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining a healthy environment.
- Driving new programs while accounting for risk management or threats to Project progress.
- Participates in Quarterly planning and associated activities.
- Ensuring project level effort estimation and capacity planning to arrive at Project timelines for new product creation and launches.
- Following program progress and ensuring project scope doesn\u2019t get out of hand with the product owner.
- Communicating with external stakeholders, cross functional teams, PMCoE , and CXOs as necessary.
- Complying to Regulatory and internal audit compliance.
- Budgetary planning and reporting.
- Project/Program Progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
- TPM needs to contribute and ensure the PMCoE guidelines are getting implemented in their verticals.
- Liaising with Partners/vendors to ensure timely delivery and monitor progress of tasks assigned to them.
- Candidate should have core banking experience of 6-9 years.
