Job Description
1. Stakeholder Management and Control to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining a healthy environment.
2. Driving new programs while accounting for risk management or threats to Project progress.
3. Participates in Quarterly planning and associated activities.
4. Ensuring project level effort estimation and capacity planning to arrive at Project timelines for new product creation and launches.
5. Following program progress and ensuring project scope doesn\u2019t get out of hand with the product owner.
6. Communicating with external stakeholders, cross functional teams, PMCoE , and CXOs as necessary.
7. Complying to Regulatory and internal audit compliance.
8. Budgetary planning and reporting.
9. Project/Program Progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
10. TPM needs to contribute and ensure the PMCoE guidelines are getting implemented in their verticals.
11. Liaising with Partners/vendors to ensure timely delivery and monitor progress of tasks assigned to them.
12. Candidate should have core banking experience of 6-9 years.
