Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Service Mapping, and CMDB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing these modules to meet client requirements.
Candidates must be available to join immediate or maximum of 30 days and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Key Responsibilities :
- ServiceNow ITAM Implementation : Configure and deploy IT Asset Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Service Mapping : Implement and customize Service Mapping to enhance the visibility of IT infrastructure and services.
- CMDB Management : Maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for accurate asset tracking and configuration.
- Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Customization & Integration : Customize ServiceNow modules and integrate them with other systems as needed.
- Performance Monitoring : Ensure optimal performance of implemented solutions and address any issues.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain thorough documentation of processes and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Must have working experience in at least one of the other ServiceNow modules like Event, Discovery,
- Service Mapping, CSM, FSM, SAM, HAM, GRC, SecOps, Strategic Portfolio Management, Integration Hub etc.
- Knowledge and experience of complex custom application development will be added advantage
- Knowledge of data management, database design, and database concepts
- Must have ServiceNow Admin Certification (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) will be preferred
- Any ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialists (CIS) will be preferred
- ITIL Foundation Certified is desirable
Qualifications :
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a must.
- 6-9 years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to join immediately or within 30 days.
