Business Development Support Executive - Chennai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ensure all escalations that come from the Central support team are resolved within agreed timelines  
• Maintain exceptional relationships with bus operators and field teams to provide fast closures  
• Provide inputs to RH on long-term solutions to fix some of the root causes of escalations  
• Support Region head with MIS requirements 
• Support in driving local initiatives 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong communication and negotiation skills  
• Strong Excel skills Customer-centric and Self Motivated  
• Action Orientation and career orientation should be high  
• Good command over Local language and English.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate ( MBA Preferred)

Exp Minimum and Maximum: 1-3 yrs exp in Inside sales / Telesaes / B2B Sales or Supporting role
