Position: SaaS Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS sales specialist to support the sales process for two of our products:

1 - Talking Shops

Our advanced WhatsApp Commerce Solution enables businesses to convert WhatsApp into a powerful sales channel, offering end-to-end e-commerce capabilities through the world's most popular messaging platform. Create an engaging shopping experience where customers can discover products, make purchases, and receive supportall within their familiar WhatsApp interface. Some of our core features are ;

2 - Launch Agents

Launch Agents specializes in developing intelligent AI agents that transform repetitive and time-consuming tasks into streamlined, automated processes. By leveraging advanced artificial intelligence, these agents are designed to integrate seamlessly into various workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity across multiple domains. This approach allows individuals and organizations to focus more on strategic and creative endeavors, while the AI agents handle routine operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, partners, and strategic initiatives.
  • Understanding the prospect's needs and assessing suitability of our product to their needs
  • Providing a convincing demo of the product features
  • Explaining the pricing model and negotiating where required
  • Actively following up with prospects, supporting their information needs and driving them to closure
  • Make our CRM the holy grail of our business development, ensuring it becomes the ultimate tool for driving, tracking, and optimizing all our bizdev efforts.
  • Collect feedback on the product, and communicate to the team to contribute to the product development and marketing strategies.
  • Follow industry trends, keep an eye on competitors, and provide insights to enhance the overall strategy.
  • Attend online and offline events to get leads and turn them into closed deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for lead generation campaigns (email templates, social media posts, etc.).

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation within the software/SaaS industry in product domain
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and achieving lead generation targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with specific industry verticals relevant to our SaaS product.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with lead scoring and qualification methodologies.
  • Experience with various sales outreach tools.

Location

This role will be onsite Hyderabad, India.
