Audit Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Mystery Audit Manager to lead and manage our mystery audit processes. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on mystery audits to ensure compliance, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to analyze and act on audit findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and Execute Audits: Develop and implement a comprehensive mystery audit plan to assess operational and customer service standards across various locations and touchpoints.
• Recruit and Train Mystery Shoppers: Source and onboard a network of reliable mystery shoppers, providing necessary training and guidelines for consistent reporting.
• Monitor Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards through regular audits.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret audit data, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, quality assurance, and customer experience teams to address audit findings and implement process improvements.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Identify gaps in customer service and recommend strategies to enhance customer satisfaction based on audit results.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with best practices and emerging trends in mystery auditing and operational compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in audit management, quality assurance, or operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using audit tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
• Experience in managing field teams or external contractors is a plus.
