Recruitment Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in positions ranging from junior to senior levels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals, to attract top IT talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand candidate profiles and hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of filling technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, technologies, and job market trends.
• Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
