Objective:


Require a Performance and result driven Recruitment Manager who is an expertise in IT Recruitment Domain and Talent Acquisition and who is aware of the latest Technology, Niche skills and its market value. A Dynamic Person who is well versed with Client and Stake holder management and co-ordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hiring team consisting of a mix of experienced recruiters.
  • Support the organization in understanding talent needs. Provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approach.
  • Advise the organizations management and leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning.
  • Lead the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices. Oversee consistent compliance with established recruitment best practices and processes.
  • Balance hiring needs and team capacity. Efficiently manage workload to ensure correct and timely hiring.
  • Help and advice recruiters on sourcing, training, benchmarking, recruitment process and candidate selection.
  • Lead in-house efforts to develop the capabilities of recruiters to network, source, assess, and hire talent.
  • Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance. Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required.
  • Oversee all the communication between the organizations recruiters and candidates.
  • Provide the candidates with the best possible experience by taking end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process and subsequent onboarding.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, social media campaigns, and career fairs.
  • Oversee compliance with government and organizational recruiting policies and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.
  • Should help the team grow by providing development opportunities for team members.
  • Provide Daily report on Progress and Status of each position, closures to Senior Management.
  • Play a key role in Team’s appraisal activities.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong Expertise in Domestic Recruitment
  • Organizational Development, Result/ Goal Oriented,
  • Strong and excellent Communication, Written for effective dealing with all types of Clients.
  • Should be able to generate revenue by on-boarding new candidates in the payroll.
  • Should be able to develop healthy relationship with client to get new requirements (Positions) every month.
  • In depth knowledge of the market situation related to IT domain and Technologies as they must he/she must explain to client the current trending IT skill
  • Should be a good negotiator as they must negotiate good deals with the Client on billing rate etc.
  • Should have minimum 6+ years in C2H (Contractual to hire) staffing.
  • Hands on Experience in Staffing Industry, Recruitment and Talen Acquisition
  • Should have hand on experience in Handling a team of recruiters and the HR team and in-depth knowledge on Staffing Industries.

Top skills:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline from a tier-I educational institute. Candidates with an MBA (HR specialization) will be given added weightage.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of recruitment experience in the IT Staffing industry. Alternatively, the candidate should possess equivalent experience in a leading executive search firm.
  • The chosen candidate will be a team player possessing the initiative to learn and adopt new hiring strategies and practices.
  • Good talent search and sourcing skills in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Experience and competence in effectively using HRIS and ATS systems to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process.

Education Qualification:

  • A Graduate degree in any discipline from a tier-I educational institute.
  • Candidates with an MBA (HR specialization) will be given added weightage.
