Job Title- Crew Recruitment Executive / Senior Crew Recruitment Executive

Required qualifications:

• Graduates in any discipline from any university
• Must require a shipping background.
• 3+ years experience in recruitment and Human resources. Shipping and logistics background preferred.
• Must have knowledge about existing Crewing certificates and endorsements stated and approved by DG Shipping for crew recruitments.

Work activities:

• Training will be imparted to the department employees, in job related matters as per the company training modules set out from time to time.
• To coordinate with Manager- Recruitment to understand staff requirements.
• Checking forward planner / crew lists to update details of officers and crew due for relief.
• Source suitable officers and crew as per ship owners set criteria dry fleet.
• Source suitable officers and crew as per owners matrix requirement wet fleet.
• Checking and ensuring candidates documents are in order and in compliance with owners criteria.
• Carrying out reference checks of prospective joining candidate as applicable.
• Uploading all relevant crew related documents in company software.
• Filling checklist and issuing RPSL receipts to all joining officers and crew.
• Maintaining and record of all calls made to candidates software updated & creating a data bank.
• Maintaining a record of all candidates sourced to measure set targets.
• Communication and follow up with ex hands for re-joining.
• Coordinate with superior for confirmation of ex hands re-hire status based on previous appraisal reports.

• Induction to department related duties
• Induction for Team Related activities.
• External training modules as per the company regulations.
