Crew Deployment:
Assist in coordinating the timely deployment and repatriation of crew members. Collaborate with the Crewing Manager to ensure efficient crew rotations and adherence to contractual obligations.
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records, certifications, and documentation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, international standards, and company policies.
Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between crew members, management, and relevant authorities. Address and resolve crew-related issues, working closely with the Crewing Manager.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by participating in interviews and evaluations. Support the onboarding process for new crew members, providing information and assistance as needed.
Crew Training and Development:
Collaborate with the Training Department to identify crew training needs. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for crew members.
Crew Performance Evaluation:
Participate in the evaluation of crew performance, working closely with department heads and supervisors. Provide constructive feedback and contribute to performance improvement plans when necessary.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing crewing-related budgets, including travel expenses, training costs, and crew welfare programs.
Technology and Systems:
Utilize crew management systems and software to streamline processes and ensure accurate record-keeping. Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements in crewing management.
Emergency Response:
Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response plans for crew-related incidents.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, Human Resources, and Health and Safety, to ensure a holistic approach to crew management.
