Data Privacy Lawyer - IT (2-14 yrs)

- 2-14 years (D) and 5-8 years (M) and 0-2 years (AM) experienced Chartered Account, lawyer, technocrats (preferably CIPPE/CIPPA/ DSCI certified)

- Hands-on knowledge on tech regulations especially IT Act, SPDI Rules, Intermediary Rules, Consumer Protection Rules on ecommerce/ digital commerce, competition Act.

- Conducting data protection impact assessment, transfer impact assessment and related functions, for various business entities within India and/ overseas

- Restructuring the privacy policy, notice and prepare response to DSAR requests for business entities and advisory on DPDP, EU GDPR, CCPA, SDPA, ePrivacy Directive, copyrights directive and other Working Party 29 opinions

- Understand business process and technology solutions to support in gap identification, roadmap preparation and process implementation to comply with DPDP

- Market eminence in transaction space including go-getter for business

- Ability to handle multiple clients and advisory assignments
