Job Description :

We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive innovation in Quality Engineering, Performance Engineering, and AI-powered Verification & Validation (V&V) strategies. This role is pivotal in defining and advancing our verification and validation capabilities through leading technologies and automation. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and a commitment to building a high impact technology Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership in Quality and Performance Engineering : Lead the development of advanced strategies in Quality and Performance Engineering, with an emphasis on AI and Generative AI-driven Verification and Validation initiatives.

- Transformation and Automation : Spearhead transformation programs focused on the process efficiencies through automation in Verification, Validation, Certification, and Release management across large-scale enterprise environments.

Performance Engineering :

- Drive performance testing, system optimization, and automated monitoring efforts.

- Develop performance strategies in collaboration with development and DevOps teams, ensuring high-quality performance and scalability.

SDET in an Agile Environment :

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and ensure code quality through continuous integration and testing (CI/CT) processes.

- Lead performance and load testing initiatives, proactively identify and address potential bugs, and collaborate effectively with both Development and QA teams.

- Synthetic Data and Test Data Management : Oversee test data management, including synthetic data generation, to support comprehensive data-driven validation.

- Cloud Knowledge : Possess working knowledge of at least one cloud platform to support cloud-based vnV and deployment strategies.

Skills :

- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation initiatives and delivering automation-driven efficiencies in enterprise settings.

- As a Service methodologies experience in VnV space across all phases.

- Expertise in leading innovation in Verification & Validation with a focus on AI and Generative AI applications.

- Experience in working in Agile environment driven by Test driven development.

- Hands-on experience in Performance Engineering, SDET practices, and CI/CD methodologies.

- Knowledge of synthetic data management and experience with cloud environments.

- A results-driven, pragmatic professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building a high-performance CoE from the ground up.

- Adaptability and proven capability to work with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.

- Need to be hands on and willing to contribute as individual contributor and when required.
