Staff Software Engineer - Python Programming (8-15 yrs)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Staff Software Engineer with expertise in Python to join our team. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Python programming language

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, reviewing code, and providing guidance on best practices

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and other technical decision-making processes

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python programming

- Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
