Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitts purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, were focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
Join us as our next Sales Operations Analyst. Your ability to interpret data and generate insights will directly inform strategic decisions, impacting our global sales efforts. Your role isnt just about crunching numbers; its about bringing clarity to complexity, making sure that every figure counts towards our collective ambition. In summary, youll:
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Support accurate sales forecasting and resource allocation to enhance planning.
- Produce impactful sales reports, interpreting data to guide the operations and leadership teams.
- Contribute to the management and optimisation of sales tools and CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively to improve processes and efficiencies within the sales operations field.
- Help align sales, marketing, and finance teams through effective communication and shared insights.
- Proven experience in data analysis or a sales support function.
- Proficient in analytical tools (like Excel, SQL) and CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, supporting seamless interactions and presentations.
- A reputation for attention to detail and providing accurate, reliable data.
- A proven problem-solver who is adaptable and thrives on improving processes.
- Experience in educating and supporting sales teams with new systems and processes.
Data Analysis; Analytical Tools: Sales Forecasting, Reporting Sales, Systems Management; Process Optimization: Cross-functional Collaboration Training and Support; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs Communication Skills Problem-Solving: Detail-Oriented, Results-Driven, Adaptability).
