Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. As a Sales Executive in Real Estate, you will be responsible for marketing properties, understanding customer needs, presenting properties, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  Identify potential clients through various channels including online platforms, referrals, cold calling, and networking. Develop and maintain a database of leads.
• Client Meetings & Consultations:
  Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and guide clients through the buying/renting process. Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and property values.
• Sales Presentations:
  Deliver compelling property presentations to prospective clients, tailored to their specific requirements. Highlight the key selling points of the properties and demonstrate the value proposition.
• Property Marketing:
  Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement property marketing strategies. This includes online listings, social media campaigns, and other promotional materials.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing:
  Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business profitability. Manage documentation and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering continuous support and following up on leads. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high level of customer service.
• Market Research:
  Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
• Achieve Sales Targets:
  Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs. Track sales performance and take necessary actions to ensure targets are achieved.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and deal progress. Prepare regular sales reports and update the sales manager on progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
  A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred. Alternatively, relevant work experience in real estate sales is acceptable.
• Experience:
  1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field. Freshers with a passion for sales and real estate are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and property listing platforms.
