Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Fiber Engineers supporting multiple US clients.
• Gather requirements from clients, provide technical explanations and act as communication lead..
• Offer explanations on business requirements and advise team members on the application of industry best practices
• Design and create geodatabases and schema elements to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Generate, modify, and manage spatial and attribute data in ArcGIS environments.
• Perform spatial analysis with ArcGIS/3GIS/QGIS tools to derive valuable insights from geospatial information.
• Create and update maps, reports, and visualizations to effectively convey spatial data.
• Assist GIS projects by gathering, processing, and analyzing geospatial information.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and discuss solutions
• Must be flexible to work in different timings to provide overlap with US clients in different time zones

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent is a MUST.
• Minimum 4 years of experience is required
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
• Strong computer skills (databases, processes and administrative) and ability to CAD with comprehensive knowledge and skill for more complex applications to include Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MicroStation, ArcGIS/ESRI, ICGS, 3GIS, Google Earth, etc.
