Immediate opening for Technical Lead - Frontend.
Experience : 4 + years
Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite only)
Technical Proficiency :
- Core Technologies: Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Frontend Frameworks/Libraries: Deep expertise in one or more frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- CSS Pre-processors: Expertise in SASS, LESS, or other CSS pre-processors
- State Management: Proficient in Redux, or similar
- Responsive Design: Media queries, CSS Grid, Flexbox
- Build Tools: Expertise with Web pack, Babel, npm/yarn, and other build tools
- Database Management: Basic knowledge of database
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Performance Optimization: In-depth knowledge of performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle analysis
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. Ensure that all project goals are met within the set deadlines. Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the project lifecycle. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these issues.
- Code Quality Assurance: Oversee the development process to ensure code quality by code review process, enforce best practices.
- Agile Coordination: Support agile sprint planning, daily update, sprints reviews, etc.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and direction to the front-end team. Ensure that the architecture, design, and implementation of front-end solutions adhere to best practices and meet the projects technical requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing: Diagnose and resolve complex software issues, ensuring timely fixes and minimal impact on production systems.
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage and lead development teams, with experience in mentoring and building high-performance teams.
- Design Patterns: In-depth knowledge of design patterns and their application in software engineering.
- Release Management: Experience with release management processes and tools, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Soft Skill: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
