Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant - Implementation & Support (8-18 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications.

You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring Oracle Fusion modules, and providing technical expertise. This role involves both functional and technical aspects, including integration, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion implementation projects across modules (Financials, HCM, SCM, etc.)

- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and configure Oracle Fusion applications.

- Design and develop technical solutions, including customizations, integrations, and reporting.

- Provide expertise in functional and technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and data migration.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion (cloud or on-premise) implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, SCM modules.

- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Strong experience in configuration, customizations, and reports.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead technical teams.

Preferred :

- Oracle Certifications in Fusion modules.

- Experience in Agile project delivery.
