Strategy Manager

Brief Job Description

Project Management Support:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects led by the General manager.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-scope task completion.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintaining Calander and scheduling meeting.
• Having a clear focus on achieving specific goals and being motivated by outcomes, productivity and success.
• Tracking on Department Cost, Event Cost and Zonal Cost, Other Cost of Department if any
• Direct Reporting to GM and responsible of every task completion.

Communication Management:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to both administrative and project matters.
• Draft and edit project-related communications, reports, and documents on behalf of the GM.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Meeting Coordination:

• Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate logistics, and take minutes during meetings.
• Follow up on action items to ensure effective project execution.

Administrative Support:

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for the General manager.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
• Manage and reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Creating and sending Mom on daily basis after meeting & Follow-up.
• Maintaining and Monitoring of KPI, Reports, for all Marketing department.

Efficiency and Compliance:

Ensure efficient office administration, adherence to company policies, and compliance with established procedures

Special Projects & Others:

• Assist in managing and coordinating special projects and initiatives directed by the General manager.
• Coordinate with various departments to secure necessary resources for project execution.
• Identify potential risks and issues in project execution.
• Work collaboratively to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform business strategies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Skills required:

• Expertise in business analytics & finance.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Previous experience providing executive support is highly desirable.

Educational /Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, CA, Management, or a related field preferred.

Work Experience:

• Proven experience in business analytics, data interpretation, and reporting.
• 5+ years of relevant experience
