Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Lead.

The ideal candidate will lead the charge in elevating our online presence, crafting compelling brand narratives, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

This role is pivotal in shaping how RCM and Key Soul are perceived by our audiences, ensuring our mission, values, and offerings resonate far and wide.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Communication:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with our vision to enhance brand visibility.
• Craft and share impactful PR stories that highlight RCMs mission, values, and impact, expanding our reach beyond existing networks.

Content Management & Storytelling:

• Collect and curate inspiring testimonials and success stories from RCM members nationwide.
• Manage and grow RCM and Key Souls social media platforms, delivering engaging, value-driven content.
• Oversee YouTube channel operations, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and engaging video content.

Campaigns & Promotions:

• Promote Seva Karya/SDF initiatives and other CSR activities through various channels, emphasizing RCM's commitment to community development.
• Lead product promotion campaigns across social media, print media, and digital platforms.

Design Oversight:

• Ensure uniformity in brand representation across all media, including packaging, brochures, flyers, and business cards.
• Collaborate with design teams to create impactful PPT templates and visual assets that align with brand guidelines.

Website Management:

• Redesign and enhance the user experience of RCM's website, integrating brand elements and ensuring optimal functionality.

Event Coordination & Coverage:

• Provide digital coverage for RCM events through photography, videography, and real-time updates.
