Key Responsibilities:

• MIS Reporting & Automation: Lead the restructuring and automation of organizational-level reports focusing on key business metrics such as financial health, customer success, and operational efficiency. Your innovations will help drive our strategic direction.


• Cross-Departmental Reporting: Manage, automate, and streamline reporting across Finance, Customer Success, IT, and HR departments. Explore future automation opportunities in other departments as you identify them.


• Power BI Ownership: Take full ownership of our Power BI reports used by Tech and IT teams. Youll automate existing reports and ensure they provide real-time insights that align with our organizational goals.


• Dashboard Creation & Automation: Build and automate user-friendly dashboards (using Advance Excel, Google Sheets & Power BI) that provide stakeholders with up-to-the-minute access to KPIs and other business metrics.


• Data Presentation: Be the go-to expert for presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Youll ensure that the data is always clear, accurate, and aligned with business goals.


• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review existing processes and identify new opportunities for further automation and efficiency.

What You ll Bring:

• Proven experience in MIS Reporting, preferably across multiple departments (Finance, Sales and Marketing, CSM, IT, and HR).


• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets and Power BI, with a passion for automating manual tasks.


• Strong understanding of business metrics (financial health, customer success) and how to present them in actionable formats.


• Automation expertise in reporting processes experience streamlining data collection, processing, and report generation.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across multiple time zones (including 50% overlap with USA CST).


• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex data in clear and digestible ways.
