Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll & Compliance:
• Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, WC policies, and staff medical insurance.
• HR Administration:
• Ensure compliance with Labour Law, Labour Contract Act, and Factory Act.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate required reports.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Communication: Display excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in metal/mining, beneficiation, or manufacturing operations (mandatory).
• Proficiency in training need assessments and large-scale training delivery.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and manpower management.
