Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Qualified or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)with 5 to 7 years of experience in the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in handling a wide range of financial and regulatory responsibilities, with a special focus on RBI filings, family-run business structures and a variety of other key compliance and investment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- RBI Filings & Compliance:Manage and ensure timely filings with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), ensuring full regulatory compliance with all NBFC-related laws and regulations.
- Annual Compliance:Oversee all necessary annual financial compliances, audits, and reporting, ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Investment Managemen: Assist in managing investments, including evaluating equity investments and other financial instruments. Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough market analysis.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor strategies, and financial performance. Use these insights to help shape business decisions and investments.
- Relationship Building & Consulting: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and investors. Act as a trusted financial consultant, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
- Family Business Operations: Support and provide strategic guidance to family-run businesses in managing their financial operations and ensuring sustainable growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)(qualified or semi-qualified)
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the NBFC sector
- Strong expertise in RBI regulations, annual compliance* frameworks, and *equity investments
- Proven experience in market research, analysis, and investment strategies
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
