Associate Director - Domestic Payments

The Role:

To sustain and nurture solid relationships with key clients that generate the most income for Razorpay.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a high performing team, manage CXO relationships, grow wallet share and take revenue accountability for the portfolio
• Demonstrate & cascade online payments product expertise to ensure smooth sales.
• Drive the development of the sales pipeline within the overall portfolio aggressively through prospecting and doing sales pitches.
• Be the customers voice, clearly communicating requirements and feedback to other departments such as banking, product development and account management.
• Cross Selling and Up-selling to the client base and growing the account to achieve the portfolio quota.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Attend meetings with clients inside and outside their offices to build better relationships with them. .
• Setting up effective processes to escalate and resolve areas of merchant s concern with internal teams
• Ensure the usage of CRM tools effectively so there is minimal manual intervention for reviews & strategy discussions

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Overall 10-12 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management/Sales in the payments industry
• Experience in building and leading teams
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of best customer service practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
• Go-getter attitude.
