Roles and Responsibilities

• Manufacturing operations in solar energy
• Managerial skills to handle production team
• Proficient in control management of procurement
• Air compressor EFM calculation & power cost reduction
• Ensure safety on all machines, production planning, according to supply chain requirement
• Product & process validation physical development as design
• Knowledge about material chemical properties as well as physical properties.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the solar industry or related field (manufacturing process).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
