Position Overview: As an Accounting Teacher at Jenya, you will have a unique opportunity to educate and empower our employees with essential accounting knowledge and skills. Your role will involve planning and delivering effective accounting courses, assessing employee progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials for accounting courses.
- Teach fundamental accounting principles, concepts, and practices to employees.
- Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Assess and evaluate employee performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to employees to help them improve and excel in accounting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align the curriculum with company objectives and employee needs.
- Stay updated on industry accounting standards and incorporate relevant content into the courses.
- Participate in company-wide training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a related field; Master s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and relevant software.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate employees in the learning process.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in employees growth and development.
- Teaching certification or credentials (if required by the company).
