Social Media Executive
Job Title: Social Media Executive

Salary: Upto 15000 to 25000 Per Month

About Us: Jenya is a dynamic and innovative company in IT Industry, committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Were looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team and help take our brand presence to the next level
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok and others.
- Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay up-to-date and relevant.
- Monitor social media metrics to analyze performance
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Engage with followers and customers through comments, messages, and posts.
- Collaborate with other teams (content, design, marketing) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in campaigns.
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Track competitors social media presence and strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Report on social media performance and ROI to senior management.
Key Skills and Qualifications::
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Experience in content creation, editing, and copywriting
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and ads is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, and branding best practices.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
