* Review supply quality requirements (Tender)
* Supplier assessment & on-boarding
* Review & Approval of MQP (Manufacturing Quality Plan) of PV Module,
Inverter, Structural components, Cables, Transformer, Switchgears etc
* Engage cost-competitive and quality-conscious TPIA(third-party Inspection Agency)
* Conduct In-Process/Pre-dispatch inspections at supplier premises
* Clarify Queries from customers related to MQP & Inspection
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis of equipment for operational failures, if any
* Supplier Performance Evaluation (Qualitative)
