Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Typing Executive to assist with processing visa applications. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry, document preparation, and timely submission of visa applications while maintaining high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately type and input visa application details into the system.
• Verify and organize supporting documents, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Communicate with clients to resolve incomplete or incorrect information.
• Maintain records of all visa applications and related documents.
• Ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time.
• Stay updated on visa regulations and processes for various countries.
• Proofread and ensure error-free application forms and documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in visa or immigration services.
• Proficient typing speed (40-50 WPM) with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of visa processes for multiple countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Dubai).
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and visa-related software is a plus.
