Summary of Job Profile: Handling general Operations and VISAs for the Outbound and Domestic education programs.

Who should apply?

• If you have 2-8 years of relevant experience in Visa and Operations
• Graduates/ Post Graduates. Graduates with degrees in leisure, travel, program management, business, languages or hotel and catering management may have an advantage.
• Relevant professional or vocational qualifications may also be beneficial.

Roles & Responsibilities for General Operations & VISA:

• Review of visa documents, visa application filing / review for various countries such as the USA, European countries, Asian Countries, African Countries, Australia etc.
• Planning and management of complete pre-departure process for clients' travel e.g. scheduling, progress review, completion etc.
• Conduct trainings for visa documents compilation, visa interviews etc.
• Travel, assist and represent the clients at Visa Centres / Embassies as required.
• Dealing with client queries by phone, email and in person. Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to client feedback.
• Maintaining accurate files, electronic and other records. Reporting and Record Keeping.
• Interface across departments for timely completion of tasks.
• Diligently comply with the organisation Quality Management System.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards. Make recommendations for improvements in the work process.
• Protect organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
• Organising and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
