FIT & Group Reservation.
Handling Cancellations & amendments.
Communication with agents on WhatsApp and skype via call or chat.
Follow up with clients by phone/email about their pick up & drop timings.
Collection - documents and payments of booking.
Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service.
Good Communication skills.
