Educational Qualifications: MBA

Position: 5 Experience 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions focused on improving communication skills, emotional intelligence, leadership qualities, and teamwork.
• Provide guidance on resume writing, including structure, language, and key content for job seekers.
• Introduce and guide the usage of AI-based tools to assist in career development, including resume builders, interview preparation tools, and career advice platforms.
• Develop training materials, exercises, and presentations that are engaging, informative, and actionable for participants.
• Continuously assess and monitor the progress of trainees to ensure effective skill development.
• Customize training sessions based on the participants needs and professional backgrounds.
• Conduct workshops on personal branding, interview techniques, and professional etiquette.
• Collaborate with the HR and management teams to ensure that training aligns with organizational goals.
• Provide feedback and reports on trainee progress, performance, and areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of presenting complex information in a clear, engaging, and understandable manner.
• Knowledge of Resume Writing: Expertise in creating and reviewing resumes that effectively highlight skills, experience, and accomplishments.
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools that enhance career development (such as AI-based resume writing tools, interview simulators, etc.) and a passion for integrating technology into training programs.
• Training and Presentation Skills: Ability to engage an audience, manage group dynamics, and deliver clear, impactful presentations.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of assessing training needs and adapting programs to meet the requirements of diverse learners.
• Empathy and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with individuals, understand their challenges, and provide personalized support and guidance.
