Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead and manage our upcoming store in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Management:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning.

- Maintain store ambience, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and store upkeep.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security standards.

Sales & Customer Experience:

- Drive sales targets and maximize revenue while maintaining high-end customer service.

- Build strong relationships with HNI clients, fashion enthusiasts, and industry professionals.

- Offer styling advice and personalized shopping experiences.

- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Training:

- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, including Assistant Store Managers and Fashion Consultants.

- Monitor team performance and conduct regular training on product knowledge and client interactions.

- Foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism within the store.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 4+ years in retail, preferably in luxury, designer wear, or premium fashion brands.

Education: Degree in Fashion Management, Retail Management, or related fields preferred.
