We are hiring CSA(Client Success Advisor) to provide exceptional support to our international clients through chat and email only.
We are seeking fresher and experienced candidates(maximum experience: 3-4 years) to join our team as Client Success Advisor.
This is an onsite position in Noida Sector 65 with 5.5 working days per week.If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service through chat and email support only,we want to hear from you!

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Email & Chat Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication to resolve issues efficiently.
• International Customer Service: Provide culturally sensitive support to a global clientele.
• Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues with critical thinking and escalate when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams to enhance service delivery.

📋 Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates with a maximum of 3-4 years of experience.
• Language Skills: Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, email, and chat platforms.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

📍 Work Environment:

• Location: Noida Sector 65 (onsite).
• Working Days: 5.5 days a week.

💰 Compensation:

• Salary: ₹21,000 - ₹25,000 (in-hand).
