Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist with expertise across various SAP modules to optimize, manage, and support business-critical operations. The candidate will ensure seamless module integration, system performance, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervision on payroll activities having strong knowledge of payroll and F&F.

- Oversee system performance, implement patches, backups, and manage security.

- Understanding of procurement cycle and P2P cycle.

- Demonstrates expertise in managing general ledger functions, performing reconciliations, ensuring tax compliance, and preparing accurate financial reports.

- Manage production planning, scheduling, bill of materials (BOMs), and forecasting within the PP and PM modules.

- Tally Integration : Ensure seamless data migration and support.

- Resolve SAP module issues within agreed SLAs.

- Deploy system enhancements with minimal operational impact.

- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and processes.

- Train internal teams on module-specific updates.

- Adhere to IT security and compliance standards.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years in SAP implementation and management across multiple modules.

- Certifications : SAP module certifications preferred.

Skills : Proficiency in SAP HCM, BASIS, ABAP, MM, FICO, and integration with Tally.
