1. Develop and execute a comprehensive dealer development strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and market expansion plans.
2. Identify potential dealer partners, negotiate terms, and onboard new dealerships across targeted regions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
5. To promote dealer success, examine dealer performance data and establish KPIs.
6. Create training and development initiatives to improve dealer competencies and product expertise.
7. Make sure dealers have the information, resources, and tools they need to market and promote the brand successfully
8. Monitor and analyze dealer performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize dealer profitability and operational efficiency.
9. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
