Civil Billing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

The responsibilities primarily revolve around monitoring and controlling the cost, ensuring accurate billing, and tracking the financial progress of the construction project.

Preparation of Bills and Invoices, Measurement and Quantity Surveying, Documentation and Reporting, Cost Estimation and Budgeting, Reconciliation of Accounts, Variation Orders, Final Billing, Coordination with Stakeholders, Compliance and Auditing, Handling Discrepancies,

design, development, and implementation of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Focus on planning, coordinating, and overseeing the construction of infrastructure such as buildings, roads, bridges, utilities and more.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized billing or project management software (e.g., MS Project, SAP).
• Attention to detail to ensure all quantities and costs are accurately calculated.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities to address any issues related to cost estimation, discrepancies, or delays in billing.
• Project Planning & Scheduling, Feasibility Studies & Site Analysis, Design Integration, Risk Management & Mitigation, Quality Control & Assurance, Reporting & Documentation.
