Candidate is expected to envision Company s objectives and oversee daily operations of the Company. She/He is expected to work out strategies for overall improvement in efficiency standard in the Company and will be a top business executive reporting directly to the Managing Director. Skills required: 1) Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with persons at all levels in direct and diplomatic way. An understanding of employer and employee requirement is also necessary. 2) Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation of work. He /She must be able to lead, coach, inspire, support and motivate employee across all departments and strive to improve best business practices. 3) Having natural creative flair and full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would also be advantageous.
