Assistant Manager - Operations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Low ticket programs various types of loan disbursement in efficient TAT.
• Supervise for maintaining various MIS (disbursement related + post disbursement).
• Efficient Customer Service Tasks for the said loans.
• Support to the Compliance Team for various compliance processes for data reporting.
• Post Disbursement Tasks (like PDD follow-up, Document/File storage + FRFC management, Charge creation process etc.)
• Support Business Team & Other stakeholders for resolution of operational challenges.
• Involved & help product team in terms of providing inputs for new launch of P&A product (SOP, Software process inputs, disbursement & post disbursement, customer service process inputs).
• Timely Audit Compliance (internal & external).

Qualification Criteria:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations within the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) or BFSI industry.
• A minimum of a graduate degree is required.
• Knowledge or experience in working with multiple products will be an added advantage.
