Location: 24 Work Club By Space Creattors, 3rd Floor, DT Mega Mall, Golf Course Road, A Block, DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, Haryana 122022. Ratiobox India Private Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the UK-based Ratiobox Group, specializing in professional outsourcing and accountancy services. All our clients and ledgers are UK-based, requiring day-to-day operational accountancy and bookkeeping support.

Role & Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Client Financial Record Maintenance:

• Maintain accurate daily UK financial records.
• Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounting software as required.

Accounts Payable:

• Process and manage invoices, bills, and expenses in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders where required.
• Organize invoices for approval into folders.
• Accurately code invoices based on previous approvals.
• Post and maintain records in Dext / Hubdoc where required.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations.
• Reconcile accounts payable control accounts.
• Prepare accurate payment runs for approval.
• Verify the accuracy of scanned invoices.

Accounts Receivable:

• Reconcile sales ledger control accounts.
• Soft chase overdue debts via email.

Reconciliations:

• Ensure daily accuracy of banking transactions.
• Reconcile bank balances to ledgers weekly or monthly as required.
• Reconcile card balances to statements weekly or monthly as required.

Communication:

• Maintain daily communication with Ratiobox account managers.
• Manage and file emails as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of proven experience in English-based company nominal posting.
• 2+ years of experience working on UK bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
• 3+ years of overall experience in a similar role.
• Excellent understanding of English (reading, writing, and spoken).
• Experience in ledger and statement reconciliation.
• Ability to learn quickly and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Desire to continuously improve work processes for efficiency.
