Are you ready to kickstart your career in healthcare IT? We're looking for a passionate Software Support & Implementation Engineer to assist in deploying and supporting Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Picture Archiving & Communication Systems (PACS) in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Assist in implementing and configuring LIS & PACS systems.
💡 Provide technical support to end-users, resolving software, hardware, and network issues.
📊 Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation and uptime.
🤝 Work closely with internal teams for seamless integration and system optimization.
📚 Conduct end-user training to ensure efficient system usage.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Educational Qualification: BCA, BSC (CS), MCA, B. Tech

✅ Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills in system and network issues

✅ Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly

✨ Bonus Skills: Familiarity with LIS, PACS system & CCNA certification is a plus!
