Job Description:

• Responsible for develop lead and manage all commercial activities. Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
• Analysing profitability, revenue, pricing and cost of goods sold. Identifying and managing financial/ commercial/ contractual norms, issues and dependencies.
• Responsible for commercial negotiation and finalization of Service orders, repairing & maintenance order related to all operational plants and projects civil and mechanical orders. Finalization of Work Order based on quotation received, negotiations and comparison.
• Responsible for overall plant Accounts, finalizing all the Bills related to Capex, Labour, transportation, Automobile etc. Handling the overall Cash & Bank transactions of the plant along with proper reconciliation. Initiating & implementing Cost Control measures across the plant.
• Analysis of MIS reports as per requirement of management.
• Managing day-to-day operations in purchasing, product & vendor management, receiving, warehousing, stocking and picking/shipping operations as well as carrier management.
• Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting.
• Sound knowledge in SAP
