Key Responsibilities Team Hiring & Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Sales Leadership: Be an active salesperson, leading by example in driving revenue.
Revenue & Target Achievement: Ensure both individual and team targets are met consistently.
Performance Coaching: Motivate and develop sales executives to optimize performance.
Market & Competitor Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Proven Sales Leader Hands-on experience in B2C sales , meeting and exceeding targets.
People Management Must have hired, trained, and led a sales team for at least 2 years .
EdTech Experience Preferred Strong preference for candidates from EdTech sales backgrounds.

EdTech experience highly preferred .
B2C sales experience is mandatory if not from EdTech.

Candidates from BFSI, FMCG, or similar high-growth industries with sales exposure are also considered.
