Key Responsibilities

Team Hiring & Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Sales Leadership: Be an active salesperson, leading by example in driving revenue.
Revenue & Target Achievement: Ensure both individual and team targets are met consistently.
Performance Coaching: Motivate and develop sales executives to optimize performance.
Market & Competitor Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

What We re Looking For

Proven Sales Leader Hands-on experience in B2C sales , meeting and exceeding targets.
People Management Must have hired, trained, and led a sales team for at least 2 years .
EdTech Experience Preferred Strong preference for candidates from EdTech sales backgrounds.
Language Proficiency:

  • Primary Language: Tamil (Preferred)
  • Secondary Language: One out of Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu .
    Work Mode: Must be comfortable working onsite in Bangalore (HSR) or Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar) .
Skills Required

Sales & Business Development (B2C)
Team Hiring & People Management
Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
Strong Negotiation & Leadership Abilities
Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Preferred Background

EdTech experience highly preferred .
B2C sales experience is mandatory if not from EdTech.
Previous experience in managing high-volume telesales or inside sales teams is a plus.
Candidates from BFSI, FMCG, or similar high-growth industries with sales exposure are also considered.
