Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BI/Data Analyst to join our delivery team. The delivery team plays a critical role in assisting new customers with setting up the platform and ensuring seamless integration of their data and data platforms with the Client application. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working directly with customers, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with new customers to understand their data structures and assist in integrating their data into the Client application.
Analyze and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform data mining to extract valuable insights and identify patterns or trends.
Provide support in configuring BI tools and dashboards as per customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights and support decision-making.
Document data integration processes and best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 -3 years of strong background in business intelligence, data analytical, and data mining
Experience working with various data platforms, databases, and BI tools.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, directly engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consult with team members as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
