SFMC Manager

SFMC Roles and Responsibilities -

• Work closely with Ford Credit It/Business teams to respond to proactively identify challenges that can be solved with process improvements.
• Have experience creating user stories in Jira/Azure, and documentations using Confluence.
• Validate and assess solution design throughout the project with Ford Credit team.
• Work on the configuration areas of the project like Journey development/Configuration, Email template design, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Data extensions, bounce management, user management etc in Marketing Cloud.
• Support functional testing cycles including test planning, status reporting and test execution results.
• Identify the problem areas and provide recommendations for the future enhancements and solutions based on the business challenges.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise language so that the Developers can comprehend the requirements.
• Experience in creating training materials and maintaining such documentation .
