Delivery Head

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager with proven expertise in managing complex IT engagements across various capacities. In this role, you will manage large portfolios of applications, oversee the execution of large-scale projects, and drive successful delivery in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large and complex Digital Transformation Engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions in Agile Mode and Continuous Integration & Delivery environments.
• Oversee the setup and management of Offshore Development Centers (ODC), ensuring alignment with customer expectations, and smooth project execution across the onsite-offshore model.
• Lead end-to-end project execution with full responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Budgeting, Cost Control, and ensuring Quality Compliance.
• Manage and deliver large programs, ensuring the successful execution of projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Provide leadership and direction across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Cloud, Web-based, Client/Server Applications, including Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Build, and Deployment on technologies such as Java, .NET, C++, and RDBMS platforms.
• Develop and implement ISO and CMM Quality Procedures to ensure project compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure project success, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
